My favorite is the Thunder Power 1320mah. The other battery I have is a commonsense 1200mah, it is a bit bigger and heavier but a lot cheaper.

Thank you very much. I thought no one was going to help. I have been shopping with Helidirect and Horizonhobby do you have a favorite online shop? also i notice the increase in mah will that heat the motor or something. my thought is the higher than the 800mah stock batt. like 1320mah might mean it will heat things up. maybe ill research that to learn about lipo batts.

also when i goto charge the stock batt with the balancing charger and the adapter for the charger after a whil it has alternating red and green lights witch means it lost power from the adapter or was disconnected from the adapter witch it didnt i dont know whats wrong ive tried charging it a couple of times all to end up with the same out come. any ideas?

thanks sry to have so many questions

The higher mah will just give you more flight time. I do like helidirect, heliproz, tower hobbies, and have heard great reviews of readyheli. Sorry, but I can't help you with your charger, I never had one and only used one once. If your serious about this hobby I would invest about $100 in a better charger like the cellpro4s or a great planes triton. Hope this helps.

The red connector is called a JST connector. You'll have to solder it to your new pack, there pretty cheap and you can get them at any online heli store.
for example http://www.helidirect.com/product_info.php?products_id=4727

i have a cp+ and had the same prob with the charging....i found that if you dont plug it in all the way, just enough to get the lights to stay on, it will charge just fine. i barrowed a friends professional charger and charged all 6 of my battries and plugged them in all the way so i think it is just in those chincy chargers. i also take a 12 volt jump start pack with me in the field and it works great, better than poppin the hood of the car to charge em.

Try Boomtown hobbies they have bigger batts and they are set up for the CPPro and the CX2 also Jamie is really good and will help you out if you have questions. I have 2 DN power batts and they are great. I puffed one but I think it was my fault. A big cement support structure jumped in front of my CX2 and fondled it.

hey nitrodog i got my cx2 yesterday hehhe it was so fun and lil easier than the cp+ until i knocked it into the leg of the table. broke one of the bottom blades hehehehe. so i ordered the 4 set of bottom and top just to be safe hehehe. i paid for over night shipping hehehe i cant wait. this hobby is so addicting. i have to adjust the pod cuz when i try to hover it spinscounter clock wise so im going to take my time and trim it and get it right. :clappp

I'm glad you're enjoying the hobby. I personally have never flown a coaxial but I hear that they are pretty easy to fly. The easiest heli that I have ever flown is a Raptor 60:). If I were you I would start saving early for something that will preform better for when you start aerobatics, the Blade just isn't as agile as I would like but my 450 flys fawesome.
