Alright, pretty much done and if weather permits maiden this thing tommorrow. One thing I was curious about was blade tracking. So far all my heli experience has been with Trex style heads and is obviously not a Trex. Is the only adjustment for tracking the linkage rod from the swash to the grip/mixer arm? Basically there does not appear to be a way to do fine and course adjustments as with the Trex style head.

Yes, that is the only adjustment you can do for blade tracking. Mine came out perfect on tracking by following the link lengths in the manual and no other adjustment was needed. I was amazed at how well trimmed and tracked it was on the first spool up.
Cool, too bad it's raining here right now. I spooled the thing up in my Dad's dance studio and everything ran smooth. I didn't lift it off cuz but at 0 pitch on the ground the blade tracking was on, now we'll just need to see in the air. Man this thing sounds bad ass! At 70% throttle I tached 2260 on the ground.

I was amazed too - set up links according to the manual and blades tracked spot-on. Also no vibration and generally had a well set-up heli straight out of the manual.
Since then I've refined the set-up after looking at Bob's videos - lengthened the three swash links by about 2mm each and got everything absolutely sqaure but its good to have a kit that builds well out of the box.
