Can anyone give me some information on what the internal resistance of an individual cell on lipo should be and what range should the cell be within over the entire pack?? I am getting anywhere from 8.5 to 11.5 ohm on the 6 packs that I have with now individual pack >1 ohm difference.

You need to trash those packs they are way past dead! Now if the difference was miliOhm that would be normal ;).

10-50 miliOhm IR is considered normal for Lipo cells

Thanks Mike they must be miliohm I also checked my wires returning to the charger and they came out at 0.4 miliohm

One more question is the Fuel level on the 10S based on the 80/20 rule it seems that way just wanted if anyone had the hard facts

No, it's based on the packs absolute capacity, so if it reads less than 20% when you first hook a pack up you've broke the 80/20 rule!
