i'm new to helis i would like to go to a fly-in in my area within 100 miles i'm in the lake gaston area.

Waterbug, not sure how far Lake Gaston is from here but June 1,2008 in Newport News Virginia, their will be the first HOT 2008 Helicopters Over Tidewater.

The Newport News club has a great field, good people and if it's anything like EOT 1 & 2 Electrics Over Tidewater which is their all electric aircraft flyin it should be a great time for all.

Not sure where Gaston is, but I fly in Fredericksburg, Culpeper and Richmond.
