I'm thinking of making my own 4 cell nimh pack. I have seen energizer 2500 mha rechargable double a's would these work or are the batteries in store bought packs special?

those would work great. just for the hell of it, i made up an 8 cell pack of those same cells for my 450. the motor had crazy power with it, it was just too damn heavy to be practical though. they solder really easy too.
