I need to give a big thanks to Chris Bergen for the time he spent going over my almost complete Intrepid EB. After driving from Michigan to Alabama for the Birmingham heli event I'm pretty sure I would not have wanted to spend a bunch of time looking at somebody's helicopter but Chris jumped all over it. He said " it was his job ". He did find some things I needed to straighten out that I would probably not recognized . Between helping me and another fellow he spent most of Saturday looking at other people's problems . Now I don't know about everyone else but I consider that going beyond normal service . One of the reasons I bought a Bergen instead of another companies gasser was what everyone said about Bergen's reputation for service--now I know what everyone was talking about . Thanks again Chris ( I know it's cold up there so I won't even ask )

Chris is one of the most helpful vendors I've ever worked with. He has helped me over the weekends with one of his helis on his own personal cellphone and weekend time. Definately #1 in service and he takes his personal time to do it as well.

Glad he made it down to Birmingham for the FF, hope he can make it to MHA so we can meet up again.
I was all the way in FL just two weeks ago, wish Birmingham was closer to Florida and the timeframe that I was there and then I would have gone for sure.

I always feel that I've gotten FAR more for my money than I would ever have imagined possible.
