Anyone got any good suggestions on balancing a fan after a magnet has been installed. :?:

Install another magnet 180 degrees opposite the first, but with the polarity reversed.

You can do what John suggested above. OR you can also drill some divots and remove some material next to the magnet that is installed.
I usually do the later if nessecary.

Is there not a way to like spin balance with gravity helping show you the heavy end.

You can use a high point balancer made by Robart. Or the Dubro balancer will work well also.
