I need a new tail servo. After everything I have upgraded, I still have a wag. The local hobby shop can't even figure out the problem in my setup. I am running a S3156 digital servo by Futaba, and I think I have been the first to try this one. I have a 401 and hs65mgs.
Sound off. What have you got?

Had a JR 3400G but now run a Futaba S9650 only cause my 3400g died somehow and this is all the LHS had in stock. I couldn't wait, I have to be in the air. Both are fine, but I think I liked the 3400G a tad bit better.

I recently bought Futaba S3156 to use on my cyclic for my TREX 450. I found that these servos are very inaccurate. I bought four of them and two of the four were very bad, they would center at diffrent spots depending on if I moved them up or down. As far as I'm concerned these servos are junk and do not belong on a heli. I would bet if you get a S9257 for the tail your problem will be history.

I installed the 3156 on my tail with the 401 and had the wag too. I tried everything over and over, but still had the wag. I ended up buying the 9257 and no more wagging. My tail is extremely stable now. Rock solid!
