after i broke my hs55 trying to mount it on my titan, i bought some hs65's. Is there anything i need to do to it for the fit or is it a straight in fit? i don have a dremel or anything

hs-65's don't fit in the servo mounts. you'll need a dremel or a file to remove some of the material on the servo mounts so they'll slide in. they need to be able to slip into the servo mounts easily (not snug!) or else your servo will bind and heat up (i know from experience). you can get a cheapy cordless dremel (10,000 rpm) from wal-mart for about $20.00

So is it a little too wide?

they're a little too 'tall' for the 2 front mounts and a little too 'wide' for the rear mount. but once you open up the servo mounts they're great servo's. hs-56's are a drop in fit but aren't quite as fast or strong as the 65's.

i guesss i'll keep it now after spending almost a hundred bucks on new servos, sounds realy stupid but i was about to give up after finding all those hs55 mounting tabs broken. should have my hs65's and a crystal in a few days and its RTF.

Hope you got the HS65MG at this price.. They make quite a difference on the E-325.
Happy flying.
