Why would you make such a statement without quantifying it? If you have had personal bad experiences with the guy I can understand but even if he flys his helicopter hard and has crashed often it doesn't mean his stuff is not sales worthy. Or if you have had a bad transaction you should say as much, but to just say don't buy from him that is plain rude and I thought we are better than that here on the Freak!

Has there been any resolution on this for the other people? Has the guy been contacted? I would imagine that with these problems and the quality of people on this site someone will definitely help in taking care of this in a professional and appropriate matter. I would imagine though there might be some kind of way to get a hold of this guy. I have had great assistance from people on this site and would extend the same if I could for someone else. I hope the batteries are resolved and if he is a scammer he will be banned I am sure, people on the freak don't put up with it at all.

He's ripped off more than one person, on more than one site. What needs to happen is someone needs to knock on his door and see if his PARENTS are aware that their son is ripping people off. In most states, parents are responsible for the activity of their minor children....
