I am no sitting on an oil rigg in the nort sea. I am going to make a camera mount for my trex 600n, but i forgot to take some distanses on the heli before I went to work. I need the lenght of skid pipe, and the distanse between the pipe skids on the outside. And if possible the lenght from the back of the landing skid(Where the skid pipe goes into the skid closest to tail) to the center of helicoptet (main shaft). So if someone can help I will be greatful :)

Sounds cool. I'd like to try some filming from mine some day.
I need the lenght of skid pipe
Not including the end "buttons" in the pipe. The pipe is approx 11" from the back to the centre of the radis where the bend up at the front starts. The front bent part is approx 1".
I need the distanse between the pipe skids on the outside.
The tightest area is on top of the skid pipe. It's 7.95" but the skid is angled so you may want to leave some more clearance depending on how much you are putting around the pipe. 7.9" looks safer.
And if possible the lenght from the back of the landing skid(Where the skid pipe goes into the skid closest to tail) to the center of helicoptet (main shaft).
Not an easy measurement to make... I get 1.25" with my calipers on top of the skid pipe from where it enters the rear skid to where my eyeball tells me the centre of the main shaft is, but it's a guestimate. If you need more precise than that... I can try lining it up and making a jig but it's a PITA. :)

If you need more room at the back of the landing gear then turn the rear strut around, it will offset the landing skid 1" further away from the CofG.
