Hi all,my shuttle suddenly became erratic.Lucky i was on the deck at the time.
Every time i touched it(with the motor off) or it revved to a certain revs it would move the servo's.
I thought radio interference at first but narrowed it down to being a brake in my antenna wire just as it goes in the receiver.
The brake was just about making contact when the receiver was in a certain position.Shake the receiver and the servo's moved.
It took ages to trace as most intermittent things do.

Anyway my question.
Will i have to buy special antenna wire or will any cable the same length and type do.
P.S. thank Christ it wasn't the receiver. :)

You should be able to purchase the reciever wire through your LHS.
Solder it onto the RX board carefully, and you should be good to go!

Wire of the same gauge will work. Also just make the wire is the same length as the antenna wire on the rx now.
Here in the US for 72 mhz the antenna wire is one meter in length. Don't know what the length is for 35 mhz rx. I believe the wire is 20 or 22 gauge stranded.
