So I have two batteries. The stock one and the E Flite 2100Mah battery. Yesterday I put the 2100 to charge and left to go somewhere (someone else was home before you start yelling). Anyways, I got back a few hours later and the damn thing still shows that its charging. So I unplug the battery and plug in the 1800 (which was previously charged) and the charger started to charge it too. So I unplugged the charger power and plugged it back in, and it checked the battery and decided not to charge it (duh, its full!). I go to check the 2100 battery and I noticed that the yellow lead had come undone from the battery. Im not sure if the charger issue and this cable being disconnected are related or not.

Anyways, should I try to fix the disconnected cable or is there a warranty on this kind of thing? If that cable was not connected when the battery was connected to the charger, would the battery get messed up from continuous charging? That battery in general has been giving me issues anyways as it could be completely charged and I would be flying and the heli would shutdown as if the battery was low.

As far as the charger goes, it has been screwy since day 1. I have the AC adaptor from E Flite and the DC plug into the charger is very sensitive. If you breathe on it the wrong way it turns off. Also the fan is getting louder by the day and I suspect its going bad. Again, is there any kind of warranty with these things?

What are my other battery options? Is it worth it to stay with this charger or invest in a new one?

I Don't have quite the same problem, but mine is battery/charger related. I have the stock battery and charger but it looks like my options are limited with what type of plugs and leads my charger will except. can anyone tell me what i should do to amend this problem. would it make sense to buy all new batteries and a B/A charger or use the same batteries.

So I called HH and told them about the battery lead coming out. They took my info and said they would send me a new one. No questions asked. They dont seem to want the damaged one back. Can I fix it or its not worth the risk?

So it looks like I am getting a new battery, but I forgot to tell them about the noisy fan and ****ty connector on the DC in on the charger. :arggg:

Oh well, I guess ill live with it for now.

OK so I decided to open up the end of this battery to see if I could fix it up.

Anyone see a reason why I cant just soldier it back?
