I have a great flying Trex 450 that I no longer fly, which needs a new home. This bird started out as a 450XL, but over period of months has been upgraded to all metal. It has metal head, swash, tail, levers, new style tail control linkage, and carbon fibre control rod. Tail has jig built Chinese tail blade holder mod. Only first class electronics throughout. Motor is Medusa 28-32-3400, with heat sink. ESC is Jazz 40-6-18. Swash servos (3) are HS65MG. Gyro is Futaba 401, driving Futaba 9650 tail servo. The receiver is Futaba 146ip, with Deans ant. Never a glitch. The bird has low profile Gorilla skids and flybar paddles. Flybar is 220mm. The canopy is fibre glass and unmarked. An Align carrying case is included, along with a multitude of spares. Spares include, booms, feather shafts, main shaft, flybar, metal head parts, CF main blades, tail blades, bottom plate, and many other misc pieces.
This heli is tight and smooth. Setup has been done with great attention to detail, everything is spot on! In no wind conditions, heli will hover hands off for several seconds. With modest 3D, 7 minute flights are the norm running 13T pinion with governor operation of 2900 + HS. All that is needed to fly is battery and TX.
