1.05.h Update released
"Due to some late reported issues with the previous version, we have updated 1.05.g to 1.05.h, which fixes some minor problems associated with certain graphics cards, as well as an issue with loading custom colour schemes in a recording.
If you have downloaded and installed 1.05.g we strongly recommend that you update to this version as soon as possible."

Phoenix just arrived today. I'm assuming that the version on the CD is a few versions old so do I have to install all between whatever version it is and up to 1.05h in order? Or can I just go straight to 1.05h?
If you have 1.04 or above then straight to 1.05.h.

Trex 500/600 schemes. Somebody tell me how to make these availible for download?
I used an uploaded pic of a fellow HeliFreaks canopy painted by himself. If I should remove it I will. Great Canopy though.
Ok you need to put the file from your schemes folder into a zip file (winzip) and upload them the same way you uploaded the pics, or you can join an upload site upload them there and past the link.
hope this helps if need more info let us know or some body might ba able to explane it better....:YeaBaby:
They look great anyway:clappp

Which file should we zip up? The pxp. file , the bmp, or both?
Zip the BMP, so people can just stick them into there Schemes folder...:YeaBaby:

HI Bill,
I removed the transparency for you. It looks like the sim uses 32 bit BMP's so there is 24 bits for colour and 8 bits for transparency / alpha.

Tony

Guys, does anyone use Gimp2 to edit your helicopters? When I try to import the GIF file from Phoenix Gimp says its a unsupported file. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

PS: Installed Phoenix in D:\PhoenixRC, not in default folder in C:\Program files\PhoenixRC, XPsp2, directx 9.0c.
Devin,
Did you fix your PhoenixCreator?
Mine still crashes when I start a new project, just seconds after showing the "Importing model" window
Anybody else with the same problem?

Hi Nerdo,.. they replied with make some debug series of PhoenixCreator now (different from 1st download there in Phoenix site). The new one make some *.txt file with error related. In mine, DirectX got some failed to create texture, meant i got to upgrade my 64mb 128 bit GPU/VGA card in my Toshiba M30,....
Still confusing, cause many 3D application got running with all sim (G3,5. Reflex, and Phoenix) running too, but not the creator. I beg to them to make some Creator with array buffer to us with old GPU.
Regards.
