hey guys i had a quick question ive read that you can use you spectrum dx6 that comes with b400 on g4 sim? if so i have g4 sim and the controler it came with i have loaded it up on my buddys computer who owns a blade 400 and the dx6 i was just woundering how that set up works does he have to have the sim controler conected to the computer while he is using the dx6 sense its running off that buddy box cord? or does he just need that cord to program it and then after that i would never have to lend him the controler and he can just use his dx6? i apoligize if this makes no sense... thanks for the help!

Yes it works (It's a DX6i btw. the DX6 is a different remote)

I've put together a tutorial here:

You need the InterLink Elite to hook it up though. So no, he can't JUST use the DX6i, it has to be plugged into the InterLink Elite.

You just have to connect the cord that came with RF to both the RF Interlink controller and the DX6i. there is not a way you can plug the DX6i directly into the computer. the Interlink remote acts as a way to connect it instead. Cause your computer does not have a receiver built into it, lol.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but can you use PPJoy and use the microphone input on the computer? I know that worked with my FMS simulator. You can find instructions under the T-Rex 450 category there is a sticky about a Simulator.
