Tried painting again

Well, I always wanted to paint my own canopies so I could have something that looked different from the ones at my field. I finally tried to really paint a decent canopy instead of just doin a single color. Here's what I got so far. Some might be able to see a similarity to one by Canopy FX. Its not finished yet obviously but its coming along.

thanks.. yea it was a looot of masking. Especially when I masked and painted in the yellow rip and then went to go do the checkered flag and realized now I would need to some how mask every little rip off that was yellow and that would take me hours. So I asked a guy on here how he would have done it and figured his idea was much better than mine which was to paint the whole canopy yellow and then masking off the rip and then paint everything white. So I had to strip off all the paint, then paint yellow and remask everything. Then it took like 8 coats of white to cover up the yellow.. i made alot of mistakes. I think its good for my 2nd painting job that wasnt just a 1 flat color deal. I learned alot tho

mate it came out really well from that pic well done!! add more clear coat to get it nice and shiny.
