Hi all,

First post on this site, I have just finished upgrading my belt CP which is now fully carbonised and CNC'd looks really cool, however, I cant get the DX7 to work correctly and understand very little about a lot of the techy talk, so... I have everything working apart from the throttle. The esc is connected to channel 1 and the rear right is connected to AUX1 this is the only one it would work with. My problem is when I increase the throttle only 1 servo moves (back right) anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong?

Thanx,

Sean

How do I know that? with the old setup the heli used to beep, but I always thought it was the receiver? I have disconnected the 3 wires that go to the motor to prevent accidents?

Thanks for your help

When you set-up the model in the radio did you select 120 degree in the swash menu??

have not setup the trx thought this would work kinda auto for just moving the servos, was going to setup when I had it turning, guess not So I need to make sure that this is set, been looking through the menus and although have learnt what some of the terminology means the rest I was hoping to copy from someone who knows :o

I would start by setting up a model in your radio. Call it Belt-CP or whatever you like. In that same "model mode" you can set-up your swash to 120 degree. That will get your cyclic and pitch working. I would have a look at Finless Bob's CCPM videos. He goes through the steps needed to set-up your radio and swash/servos. Look under "Finless Bob's Tech Room" on the mainpage of this site. They are great if you are trying to learn this stuff!!

Looked through the vids so the heli is nearly set her up with all servos moving in the right direction but the sticks are the wrong way round for elev and pitch, when I swap them round ion the reciever it messes everything else up.. what stupid mistake have I made, any ideas?
