Sorry to hear about your problem. Just so you know Speed Stick 3D was online here today at 12AM. So maybe he will read your post and get in touch with you and can clear this up.
Seems most of the problems that occur with dealing on the internet these days comes from a kid being involved in the deal. I guess they have no knowledge of the consequences they face by scamming someone.

Was reading the thread you started on the other forum. I just wonder why the kid is a rep for a company and then selling off product that they may have given him for no cost? I would definitely contact the company he says he is repping for and let them know the situation. They may not know that is selling off product that he is suppose to be using to represent them.

Thanks for the input. Upon further research, I honestly believe his only association with Kong Power is that he won some kind of a contest on Ready Heli and they called him "Team Kong". I seriously doubt a reputable company like Kong Power would let a criminal like this be their rep but I could be wrong and will contact Kong in the next 24 hours.

I would definitely file a complaint with paypal. You have 60 days to do so after the initial transaction. Also, file a police report with your local police. It might not be much, but will get results. Check out the dealings I had in this forum, under NO REFUND.

A 14 yo kid cannot legally be held liable for any contract that he/she enters into, because they are considered juveniles under the law. And some of these punks know that, and know that they can't get away with it.

While we hope that most kids are decent, NEVER enter into any contract (read that as making a deal over the internet), otherwise you are just asking to get shafted.

The only way I would ever buy from a kid would be if I could look at their item in r/t and look them dead in the eyes when making such a transaction, so that they can see what the ramifications of their actions could be.
