MD 500D Initial hover testing was outstanding, Can't wait to start the body finishing and painting.

Yes I know, finishing, the guy at my LHS says finishing epoxy on the fuse seams do you agree with that. I'm currently looking for 600, 800 sandpaper its like something special around here this week been to three autoparts places.

I usually use the 2 part auto body filler (bondo stuff ) and I am sure that a lot of different products are used ... main thing that you need to do is wash it good with a soap to get all the mold release off it before you do anything to it ...that way stuff sticks. I also like to sand it first to rough uup and this also helps the filler you use to stick better .
Also if there are any deep pockets ... make sure that the lip around it is all removed or you will have a weak spot under the paint .
