The Cellpro 4s says it can charge at 2c or even 3c safely, and without hurting the battery life or performance. As my title says I'm just wondering if I can do the same with the BC-6??

Yes. You set the BC-6's charge rate to what you want. As an importer for Bantam, the official response is that you should charge no higher than the battery manufacturers specifications. I do recommend that you if you decide to charge at higher rates than 1C, that every charge should be a balance charge.

Thanks for the reply!! When you charge your batteries do you charge faster than 1c? In your opinion does it hurt the batteries in any way? And no I won't flame you or anything if something goes wrong with my batteries! Just wondering what you really think about fast charging!!
Thanks again!

I charge at 1C, unless they are my Kokam 30C packs, which Kokam says to charge at 2C.

If you want fast charging, get the A123's.
