Background: I'm trying to convert two 3S packs into one 6S and plan on using a JST(Align) balance tap. I know there are conversion plugs out there to be used with a serial deans discharge cable and I have some of those coming. See link below:

http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=6544

Why: So I can charge two 6S packs at once with my new DUO charger. And...I get bored easily when not flying during the week so I'm always in need of a project.

Will one of you experts check out the schematic I've come up with? Just trying to make sure I don't smoke something.

Thanks "Freakers" !

Your diagram is correct.

Actually, I've just learned the the connector I drew in the diagram needs to be flipped upside down.

I.E.- With the prongs on the connector facing up, the gorund will be on the right side of the connector.

I've attached the CORRECT diagram.

DON"T USE THE ONE ABOVE!!!

Sorry mate, didn't think about the overall polarity, but that bit is fairly obvious (you picked it up).
