It arrived today!! Installed with no problems.

Thanks Dood for the easy setup on the DX7.

Man, running it on a 20" Mac at 1680 X 1050 is cool!!! CD had version 1.05f on it so it was only 2 versions old as of a couple of days ago or so. Played around for awhile and now going to go download some aircraft and fields.

So far I am loving this sim. I now have to play around with the T-Rex 450 setting on the sim to make it fly more like the real thing. I think it is close but, like someone said the autos are way to easy. I know I can change that by changing the blade inertia.

Anyone of suggested setting changes on the T-Rex 450?

They just re-released the 450 SE. http://phoenix-sim.com/news.htm
I made mine a little heavier and cut the cyclic down. I'm a hover guy.

Reduce the blade interia to 0.05 from 0.07 for a more accurate auto.

Whoo Hoo!! Mine will be here Thursday!! That's pretty freakin' quick considering it's coming from across the pond.

I sold my FSOne and purchased Phoenix a few weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier with my switch. FSOne isn't a bad sim, but Phoenix is far superior in graphics and heli physics.

Also love the fact that they are always releasing new helis and planes. That's how you get loyal customers.
