Having a problem with my setup. Can someone please help?

When i set my heli to idle up or a higher head speed, i am unable to lift off the ground. i keep moving my throttle stick up to a point where my swash plate will pop and my heli will suddenly fly off the ground at an extremely fast speed. Thereafter, I can feel that there is a point where it is either going up or going down. unable to hover, ascend or descend at a slow decent speed.
Checked my servo gear are they are all intact. Anybody experience this "pop" before? I have got a friend who has the same problem while he is inverted. He uses hs65 while i use hs55. I am just learning, so only doing straight and level flight with no 3d. Right now with this problem i can only fly around with a low headspeed, which isn't good with bad wind conditions. Crashed my heli once because it didn't want to come down.. bad thing about having no -ve pitch..

Anybody can advise? Thanks :clappp

Check for binding in all the links, sounds to me like some of the ballinks might be to tight on their balls. They should all fall under their own weight when disconnected from the one side.
