How do I put on a engine fan on a OS 91 without the motor moving? Is there a tool I need or some kind of trick?

Eric,

You need a crankshaft locking tool. You will need to remove the backplate of the engine and insert the tool onto the crank.

I used a piece of ash dowel I had laying around.. cut a groove in the back, flooded it with medium CA to harden, and went for it!
Works pretty good for now anyways.
