Ok, I need a little help with counter clockwise tail spin. I am working with a new E-Sky Belt CP Heli. Actually it has been test flown once about 6" off the ground and I accidently flipped the inversion switch and had a minor crash....Opps! Today I made the repairs and tried testing it again but I can not stop it from spinning counter clockwise. I have setup the main blades and and checked all the servos and everything seems to be working fine. I have a sister heli that was purchased the same day but hasn't been flown yet. So we compared the flown helo to the unflown heli and they both look exactly the same. We decided to test fly the preiously unflown bird and it had no problem. Does anyone have any ideas how to control the tail spin on my first heli? Please remember I am a total newbie and have little or no idea of terms so please be very detailed with your help. Thanks

Tailspin. Generally, your tail servo can be moved forward and backward to "trim" the tail rotor without using your transmitter trim tabs. Just move it very slightly one way or the other (still cant remember which way does what. lol)
If it gets better, keep moving it until the spinning stops.
If it gets worse then go the other way.
Remember to keep it slightly tight so that it wont move on its own, but loose enough for you to twist it back and forth to move it forward/rearward. And once your done adjusting, tighten it.
I hope this helps.

Driftless...Thank for the thought but I tried that already. In fact I moved it to the extreams whereas, the servo was trying to pull futher then the blade could move. At this point the only way that I can stop the spin is by adjusting the trim compensator to the max and holding the stick full in the reverse spin position. If I do this I can stop it from spinning. However, as we all know I could ever fly this way.
Please correct me if I'm wrong but the gyro is only there to make small automatic adjustments to prevent unwanted tail movement left or right. So the way I see it the gyro it the gyro couldn't cause this problem. Right? And does anyone know how to check if thgyro is actually working or not? I ask this because I have changed the gyro switch on the radio in both directions and changed theswitch (rev/nor) on the gyro and have seen little difference. The changing of the rev/nor does have some effect but not enough to correct the problem.

When I reassembled my heli after my first minor crash I reversed the spin direction of the tail rotor blade. When installing the tail rotor drive belt you need to rotate it 90 degrees and I rotated it the wrong way. Would you believe this came to me in a dream last might. Well close I was thinking about it while still in bed this morning and decided to try it. Problem solved and now on to the next one. :happyd

No as I already explained I found and corrected the problem It was the tail blade drive belt installed incorrectly which drove the tail blade in the wrong direction. But thanks any way.
