On my friends heli, the shaft seperated from the fan. He said it is a press fit with adhesive.

press it back together and put JB Weld on it. Just an idea.

John, i-care is bad for having everything they actually have on their site. Call them is best way, they are the North American distributor for the Plettenberg motors.

He re-pressed and used some super locktite. This appears to be a major power point for the motor design. We thought there should be some sort of mechanical connection as well as adhesive. Over the phone, I was asking no pin or set screw on a flat?
