Yup.... After 25+ front yard flights I had some good weather here in Sacramento on a day off. 75 deg F and mild wind. Headed out the the park with the blade 400 and a couple planes. About halfway through my first battery in the blade, after practicing some forward flight, I decided to return to "base" with tail out flight. While slowing into a hover I overcorrected the rudder and put it into the turf. It's all my fault. I was haveing way too much fun and pushing the envelope. Damage not too bad though. Main shaft, Main gear, blade grip connecting shaft. I'm estimating 20 ~ 30 bucks in parts. I can only guess what these parts would cost on a high dollar 400 class chopper. (leaving out the "T" brand to avoid flames!) Still a bummer though. My pride took a little damage. ;) I really love the blade! Cheap to buy, Cheap to crash, and really flys fantastic. For me its been a great purchase. I'm actually glad to have gotten the first crash outta the way and the damage is not all that bad. I also have one stripped servo. The gear kits are cheap too.

I crashed my raptor 30 .... took out the main shaft, drive belt, tail boom, main blades, tail housing, rotor head, rotor spindle, fly bar, and boom supports.... $130.00 not bad i guess....
i have been told crashing a synergy n9 like that would be a bout a thousand bucks

i dont think that much, the whole kit by itself is a grand.

Get a few servo as well. at least 1 of the rear servo is shot. That thing kill servos even if you landed with little too hard. We used gear kits on our broken servo only 1 out of 5 time they work.

About $12 worth of parts for a T-rex. Realize that parts for a T-rex are cheaper than E-Flite Blade parts.

Another $35 for a HS65MG, but most likely that would not have broken.
