dont have to be ashamed of the 'sport'. add a nice hat, and they're quite stunning. i love mine. i actually have the TT upgrade sitting in a box, but i like the ease of maintaining a belt, so the TT is collecting dust.

I always thought those 'lightning bolt' canopies look really stupid and toyish... but i'll admit seeing your yellow one on ur heli looks pretty good. All you need now are more 'girls' hahaha. Here are mine

How long did it take you to get all of them? I noticed that one seems to be set up for night flying. I'd change your member pic unless your trying to pic up a guy. there's like no girls here and that's just hard to look at.

I guess to each his own.. i body build so thats supposed to be the classic arnold pose. Its just a back shot so thats like saying everytime you watch boxing or see a bowflex commercial you feel wierd...but everyone has their own opinion. Who knows, maybe one day a hot girl will stumble across helifreak and see it haha.

Oh - I thought it was the lateral cyclic helicopter pose - main rotor biceps with a couple of flybars on top - if I looked like that I'd pose too ! :tongue

Im actually not trying to meet a girl here. The 'meet a girl here' thing was a joke..besides, being that your on here most likely makes you a girl i wouldn't be interested in anyway (and you must be into the 'hotdog lover' look). Ontop of that, i have enough girls here at college. Man, whats with all this hatin on a profile picture? I put hard work into dieting and lifting so if I post a small picture of my back flexed, why does it get you so mad? When I go out to clubs and college parties and just out in general, most people (especially the girls which is always a plus) appreciate the amount of work and discipline it takes to get involved with bodybuilding even if that look isn't generally something they would personally want. I dont get what the big deal is... i guess you guys have never watched a movie or sport where a muscular guy had his shirt off without trashing it. Anyway, just to make you guys happy.. i already tried to change it but its still showing up right now so maybe it takes a little while.

oh yea.. and to answer the question of how long did it take me to get those heli's.. I got a shogun (not in the picture) around the beginning of my 3rd year at college. I got my first trex 450 a little while after that. I got the rest between that time and now and im currently going to end my 5th year at college.. so its close to maybe 2 1/2 - 3 years.

well the pic is gone now. I have received a good amount of PM's sayin stuff like dont let people hate and it must be cool to be like 'arnold' and whatever but i guess i'll just leave the pic out. Yea, im in med school. Im goin into pharmacuetical drugs tho. I'll get my Pharm D which is a doctor of pharmacy.
Thanks for the apology tho.. everyone has their own opinion and thats fine. Also thanks for the comment on my helis. I like them. I just got into airbrushing canopies too so I did the ones for my raptor and 600N. Just waiting for the 700N to come out (or maybe the Aurora if it ever does) and then I'll be done buying heli's for a while..

that's cool doc. I ordered 2 canopys for my hurricane 550 to paint, not really sure how to tackle it. I'm an ok artist on flat odjects but 3D is gonna be new to me.

yea.. its tricky. The raptor was my first time trying to actually mask off stuff to paint a design. The one on my 600N was my 2nd attempt. Just take ur time and use good masking tape. 3m has the good blue one that has an orange carboard ring on the inside. It is low tac masking tape so when you pull it off, it wont remove paint with it

Yeah I use that stuff all the time to paint houses, plus it's wide enough that you can take an exacto knife to it and make a pattern. that's probably the way I'm gonna go. I do actually have an airbrush but have never used it, kinda afraid of it.

End of Line,
Hawk
