radio case

Just wondering how everyone is using their case. Did you glue the foam in ,as I did, or is there a better way to support the radio. I love the radio, but I liked the case on my old 9Z better.

yeah, i glued the foam in place on the front of the radio case but still put the foam on the back manually. I thought this could have been designed better, but over all i like the case, i can carry my lithium 109 charger and my radio etc in one case. c-ya Ron

I like the 9Z case better and will be going back to it.
I will sell the 14 case with my 9Z.

I have a pelikan case, very nice, fits the 9Z perfectly as well at the 14Mx. small form factor and indestructable. It fits in luggage also.

I just bought mine from Rcheli for about 89.00 precut for the 9Z or 14mZ.

I did a web search and there are lots of places that sell the cases but you have to modify them.

I use the Pelican 1450 for my 14MZ TX. Leaves room for some extras and protects like nothing else!!

Great site, but I can't decide which one to get. Do you remember the number for the one that you have? I was thinking that the 1450 would work for one radio.

I have 4 #1450 cases. I use one for each radio and my charging gear (14MZ/9ZWCII/9303/Sirius chargers). The larger cases just get a little too cumbersome for me.
