Wood/carbon blade 3/4mm

I have a set of wooden blades with a 3 mm holes and bolt.
My carbon blade have 1mm bigger holes. I flew with the 3mm bolt until I realised it was the wrong size.
Is it OK to fly with the 3mm bolt in the 4mm carbon blades or where do I get a distance to plug in to the carbon blade to get it down to 3mm?

several of the blade companies sell spacers to adapt to either size.

I was able to find a brass tube at my local hooby shop that fit perfectly....try that ...like brass fuel tubing..
