My "New" Align 2 in 1 caused a second crash now. I am canning it hard core!!

Apparently I had one go bad just sitting there. Thankfully not in the air. What happened to yours?

Not entirely sure but it cut out once causing a crash a while back and it just quit on me today not even half way into my first tank!! I have disassembled it and can find no detectable fault, electrical or mechanical!! i will NEVER use one again!!

What is an alternative to the 2-1? I assume the manual glow, but what about the regulator?

Man this is not something I want to hear. I'm not done with my build and I might have a possible bad 2in1 unit. Is this the old unit you guys are talking about? I can't seem to find an overwhelming amount of posts as to this thing failing...anybody else??

What battery connectors are you using? I've heard of problems with the stock JST connectors, which is why many people replace theirs with Micro Deans. In fact, this weekend I bought the connectors necessary to do the same to mine.
