Futaba 9CH Throttle Stick

I have the 9C Heli version that doesn't have the ratcheting throttle but the smooth feel to it for helis....it's getting kinda sticky when I try to just barely move it like when hovering around the back yard with my trex 450...what can i do to kinda loosend this up and make it a little smoother......any suggestions would be appreciated.....

Take the back off (remove module and battery) and you will see a brass tensioner. I'd just slap a little silicon grease on the wheel looking thing that rides against the brass spring clip but you will see how it works and can loosen the tension or lube it or whatever.
