When do I balance a battery? After evry charge or before a charge???

I connect it to the balancer during charging that way its charging and balancing at the same time.

The reason for balancing is to avoid overcharge individual cells to over 4.2V during charge that can damage the pack. The best is balance while charging. Otherwise balance before a charge is always better than after a charge.
