Hi all
cool site I'm in need of a switch for my camera zoom and to take a picture JR radio Sony V-3 is this a good setup ?

Southern Balloon Works makes one. dklassen from aplanding.com uses one.

We use them on our Observers with great results. They can be a bit weird to setup, though. Once past that, they work great.
The sad part is that most Sony's no longer have the LANC port required to use the V3.

AFAIK, SBW is working on a new interface. I haven't heard back from them as of yet, but called there last week ... from aonther site ... perhaps utilizing " 2.5mm, stereo mini, or MiniPlug "Remote Jack" in specifications". Apparently the code is still accessible through this port on the camera.
