I crashed my CX2 yesterday while flying her in about 8 mph wind. She took off and the wind helped her to about 70 feet in less than 3 seconds. I tried full throttle nose down into the wind to bring her down but it was useless. She was heading toward a busy street so I had to cut the power and she ended up 10 feet from a swimming pool 5 houses down the street. End results: bent both shafts, bent fly bar, gone are the blades, broken canopy, broken battery tray, broken canopy rod, broken the tail boom holder. Good news: servos, 3-1 and the AR6100E are still working. I'm going to disassemble her and then re-assemble with proper placement of the parts so she'll be more balanced.

Question, I've the unbreakable skids (rubbery-like) which I bought from BladeCX2.com. But the shipping took over 2 weeks. Is there a US seller for the same? I'm looking for the battery tray.

Sorry to hear about this. I guess it happens to all of us at some point. The wind was a no-no I guess.

Try Boomtown for some awesome upgrades. I'm thinking of ordering a "package" of items from them all at once.

Good luck and keep us posted :)

they are in US and fast shipping. they carry bladecx2 parts. I don't think they carry their new battery unbreakable piece. Landing gear is awesome.. I love mine..

I'm ready to order from bladecx2 direct soon. their blaid is even better than older verison they have :noteworthy
