TP Charger Error #9

I am trying to charge a 6S 5300mAh pack and my TP Charger displays "Error #9" cells are .2V out of balance, and stops charging. But, I have the battery hooked up to a TP balancer when charging it. I also tried leaving the battery hooked up to the balancer when not charging it, but it doesn't seem to help. If anyone has a suggestion, it would be appreciated.

I have two of these chargers and once in a while both will come up with the same error
I do a balance check batteries are never out of balance and have determined that it is some kind of glitch as it happens with both .
So I just restart the charge and ignore the cause as I have found none.
