I was having fun so all is good. The only reason for the video was my first flight was crazy and thought I was on a roll. I was amazed at how well the machine held up to the crash. not too much damage looks worse than what it was.

I haven't had a chance to go through the machine yet but if I had to guess thats about all it will take to get it going again.

If you have the black maingear, I'd bet you don't even need a mainshaft.
These birds crash well. I don't know anyone that has bent a spindle yet.

This is one of the older ones I was thinking about getting the 8mm spindle upgrade and doing a few other things to it. My other 3D has the 8mm spindle but I don't have enough flights on it to tell if there is a difference of flight characteristics. Just need to see what happens next.

I bent an 8mm at B-Ham. Could barely see a slight wobble in the grip when we spun the spindle. Rodney said it was a first. Tom doesn't count though - He is the crash alien president. He can bend or break anything! Will have to say though that Tom did some of his best flying this weekend at the Knights event!!!
