RealFlight g3.5 Radio Throttle Adjust

Is there any way to adjust the click-drag as you throttle up and down? I have RF g3.5 and the provided radio and the "clicks" make it rough when trying to make minute adjustments. I have been playing with RF g4 at my LHS and the radio that comes with it obviously has the clicks but it is a lot smoother which makes for a more fluid flight.

Open the controller and flip the silver plate upside-down. Alternatively put some heat shrink over the plate and some white lithium grease for lubrication. Adjust the screw for the correct tension/feel.
