I guess the easiest way to explain it is when the heli is right side up your stick follows the nose of the heli and when it is upsidown you follow the tail.

To do the "Chaos" don't you have to roll the stick in the opposite direction of the rotation? That's what confuses me. My brain and thumbs won't work together. Trying to come up with a way to make it easier for me to understand so I can begin to learn.
