Wow Bob... That's a good one... How long did that one take to get out of the brush... Think we need to change you're name from Flytrap to... Knight trap..

Thanks all, glad you liked it, I wasn't sure if the rule was it had to hit the ground :)

We got it down with the aid of a small ladder we found in the farmers nearby barn, full pic below.

btw that's not me in the photo but fellow flyer Mike who came over to gloat ;)
(he also gave me a hand to get it down so he's not that bad ).

Damn after about 7 gallons without a crash i did a nice fly today. For my skillset advanced and stable. Multiple flips, loops and that also nosein and tailin.quick inverted hover and something that looks like a big tic-to but at least a start. To sum it up i was happy and then a Screaming noise came from the heli and it was far away over a large field.... i made my decision to not risk further damage and did hit throttle hold and at least tryied to do an auto but i messed it a bit ..anyway... most energy absorbed by the plants and summary so for after a quick inspection... blades destroyed and flybard was a bit loose but not bent. And the cause of the screaming noise was that one of my screws of the muffler did break in the middle and so the muffler was shaking and loose.

I am unsure if this counts for the club but at least this is my first one with the knight and i have to say that i am impressed..really a budget crash. Now detailed inspection is on the go.
