Got brand new 14MZ from HongKong, for some wierd reason Australian version:(

Even more, unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with aileron stick - servo monitor will show zero activity on moving in aileron direction. The other stick direction and 2nd stick are working ok, as it should.

The radio came with latest FW. Downgraded and checked with calibration utility. It confirmed, zero signal from aileron (unable to calibrate right stick).

There can probably be 3 different reasons:

1. wire not connected/broken/disconnected in shipping time
2. stick electronics (potentiometer) bad
3. motherboard bad

As it is too expensive to send it back for free repair, I think I have 2 options: non warranty service locally or self-repair.... At last, as long as the probable reason is 1 or 2. For reason 3, probably sending back is cheaper... Anybody has had similar issue, what was real reason?

I would say your only option is to send it to an Authorized Futaba service center. I seriously doubt self repair is possible unless you have the equipment to access some of the software in the tranny. Only thing you might repair yourself is a broken wire.
