I've never had a parcel from RH stopped and chalked up for duty, they are quite considerate with completing customs forms and it appears that 'toy helicopter spares' don't attract attention. I've had several dozen orders from them.
Almost everything else I import from other suppliers gets stung. It probably helps that Bryaan their shipping guy is a brit and knows our import duty system :clappp
