If this does not, then what do I need to charge 6 cell lipos up to 5000 mAh that won't take longer then 2 hours and that doesn't cost over $200. Also I must be able to PLUG IT IN THE WALL. This seems hard to find!

Yes
The charger listed will charge 2S to 6S batteries and also has ability to either use power supply seperate to charger or plug into AC outlet.
It states that it will charge up to 6AMPs so you can charge up to a 6000Mah battery at 1C rate. Not sure how long the charge will be I have never used one.
Others on this site have this charger perhaps if you ask the question in the Lipo/Charge forum you could get actual experience.

I have this charger, and I use it to charge my 4500mah battery for my trex 600, I've only used it once so far, it took about 1hr 40 minutes to charge, but the screen said it was charging at 2.20amps, and I think that is only .5C, I couldn't figure out how to get it to charge at 1C which I think would be 4.5amps.
I will have to read the manual a little more.
But it seems like a pretty good charger.

Thanks for the reply. I have posted this question in the appropriate forum with a few more as I should of in the first place....
Just because it can do 6S and 6A doesn't mean at the same time, its only rated at 50w (doesn't say if this was with its own PS or running on a real PS) output so with a 6S that means about 2A charge rate which will take at least 2 hours.
