Benefits of running 335's?

Are there any benefits of running the 335 blades on the 450 sized heli? Just wondering in anyone has tried using 335s.

they're great for learning as they slow down the cyclics and they're pretty efficient if you lower your headspeed a tad.

The align 335s would be good for slow smooth 3d I suspect. I remember them being slow and stable.
