I have a Quick UK header tank and flew with it today for the second time and it is leaking. the leak is coming from the mouth of the tank where the factory metal collar is.
i did have the removeable nipple in/out several times chasing some fuel trouble so it might have been my fault. is there anything i can do to try and seal is up or should i just replace it?

Get a Thunder Tiger Header tank.
Probably not what you wanted to hear though.

will the thunder tiger tank fit in the Quick UK aluminum bracket holder?

That I cant tell you.
But the TT one comes with the brackets so if the QUK one doesn't fit (I'm thinking it would be a direct slip in) you are still right to go.

I smear a thin layer of silicone sealant around the o-ring area before sliding the assembly into the hole in the tank. Seals great and comes out easy enough too later on.
