5s or 6s and what pinion gear?

Hello all,

I have a TREX 500 and I'm getting ready to get my power setup going. I have people telling me 5S packs and others saying 6S. Which will give longer flight time ?

I would think that 6s would have more time for flight just due to the fact that it has extra cells.

Now, what type of pinion gear would I need for each respective setup at 3300mah?
