align governor

can someone tell me how to set up the align governor. the book says go to low throttle and turn heli on does that mean low trim also or not and hold the button in on the governor untill it starts blinking then go to full throttle and hold button in how long untill the ligt turns green or starts blinking? im used to gv-1s

im running a dx7 do i start at 80% travel on the aux 2 channel? any help would be appritiated Ron

The Finless video is the what I used in my setup. I'm using a Futuba 9CHP and has a gov feature. I set it up with a switch to shut it off just in case of a problem (do to my inexperence with RC hellis.
