Just got the Quk swash. Looks good.

I got to thinking if i should be checking for loctite. The rear anti rotation pin doesn't have any alen hole on it. I did see some dark blue stuff on the end of the part though.

Thanks , martin :)

I got the swash and tail blades, I didnt chk neither, I felt the tension of the allen bolt withouth breaking the loctite and could tell it was torqued most likely w/ loc tite.
Maiden flight tomorrow wish me luck

I'm saving up for this upgrade, just make sure to check your overall collective and cyclic throws, I understand the ratio's might be a little different, so just double check for binding

I'm going to have to re-setup the head.

The 'new high performance' align swashplate is said to be lighter, bla bla bla

but if you look closer you wil see the balls are now in line on the same plane. The old swash has the inner balls higher up. Minor interactions resulting.

I'm thinking it will throw off the pitch range and the leveling of the arms. Fortunately the 600 is easy to work on.

The QUK swash looks good , nice tight tolerances on the bearing. After all the raving about the swash i thought the finish (silver) was a little on the rough side. Nothing you'll see at 2100 though.

I got 55 flights on the stocker yeilding me 2m up/down play. Still flew fine but for some reason align has a thing for swashes.

I do wish the anti pin had an alen bolt on it, would make checking easier. I'm planning on a flybarless upgrade soon , hope i can get the proper sized inner ball links for it to work with the makido (sp?) upgrade.
