MT e325 SE Tail Jumping

[Cym]

MT e325SE , during hover the tail at times starts to
move up & down. The rotors track right on, also
balanced with CG location dead on. The heli
balance seams to be OK.
What am I missing?
Spectrum Dx7, Gyro 401, Rx 6100, ccpm servos DS285,
Tail F9257, the rest Kit supplied.
Need some input.

Your Headspeed is to low and/or you need more lube on your head dampeners.
